ہر پروڈکٹ کی ترسیل کا طریقہ کار مختلف ہے٬ ہم فری شپنگ کی پیشکش ڈیلز اور دیگر مصنوعات کے لیے کرتے ہیں-
BZ COLLECTIONکی جانب سے خریدار کو 7 دن کا وقت دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ اپنی پروڈکٹ تبدیل کروا سکتا ہے- تاہم تبدیلی کی صورت میں آنے والے شپنگ چارجز خریدار کو ادا کرنے ہوتے ہیں-
آرڈر کی ترسیل 24 سے 48 گھنٹوں میں کی جائے گی-
آرڈرد آپ کے گھر تک پہنچنے کی مدت تقریباً 2 سے 5 دن ہے-
آپ کا آرڈر موصول ہونے کے بعد ادارے کی جانب سے ایک تصدیقی کال یا ای میل موصول ہوگی- آرڈر کی تصدیق کے بعد ہی پروڈکٹ ارسال کی جائے گی-
BZ CLLECTION کسی بھی ایسی چیز کی تبدیلی یا واپسی کا ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگا جو کہ ٹوٹ پھوٹ٬ استعمال شدہ یا کسی خرابی کا شکار ہو-
اگر کوئی خریدار پروڈکٹ کی تبدیلی کا خواہشمند ہے تو وہ پروڈکٹ کو اصلی پیکنگ میں ہی ادارے کو واپس
ارسال کرے گا اور اس کے شپنگ چارجز کی ذمہ داری بھی خریدار پر ہی عائد ہوگی-

RETURN POLICY:
– BZ COLLECTION gives you Up to 7 Days Return facility with following conditions; for Mobiles & Electronics within 2 days and for rest of the categories 7 days replacement (buyer will pay shipment charges).
Items must be unused and undamaged and must be in their original purchase condition.
Seal must be intact if there is one, item must be in original condition including product box
Item must not be used
Item must include all packaging and accessories
– BZ COLLECTION is not liable to replace and exchange a product if found used or damaged. If product is found use or damage we will not replace or return and the cost of re-shipping the item shall be paid by the customer.
– It’s the liability of the customer to send the merchandise back in its original packing as was received. Shipping cost to be bear by the customer.
